When you create a wallet within your client dashboard's wallet tab, it's critically important to understand that:

• Export your key immediately. You must export your private key before leaving the wallet creation screen, as this is your only opportunity to view and save it.
• One-time viewing only. Your private key can only be viewed once during the export process. We strongly recommend that you securely store this information immediately.
• We cannot recover lost keys. If you fail to export and secure your private key, we cannot recover it for you under any circumstances.
• Key sharding security. After the key is displayed once, it undergoes a Shamir's Secret Sharing process where it is cryptographically split into multiple shards. Each shard is separately encrypted and stored in different physical and virtual locations. Additionally, we implement memory protection measures against RAM scraping attacks—all memory used during key display and processing is immediately zeroed out, preventing cold boot attacks and memory dumps from recovering sensitive key material. This multi-layered security approach ensures that no single breach could compromise your key, while still providing industry-standard protection.
